    Reviews:

    • The hotel is located at the very end of the hotel zone. It’s quite and safe. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the sea. The housekeeping was impeccable. Almost all the staff are super friendly, professional and helpful. The SPA facility is really nice, and the massage was great. The concierge was helpful, especially when I travelled alone and only had a rough idea about where to go. The main pool is large with a beautiful view. The resort is very large, but there are golf cars available 24 hours a day. On average I only had to wait for less than a minute for a golf car to pick me up and transfer me to wherever in the hotel. The restaurants are reasonably good, though they are not the best hotel restaurants I’ve been to. There are butlers available for each residential building and they are very helpful as well. It was easy for me to get whatever I wanted with a phone call and a few words. Overall, a very relaxing vacation!
    • Room is cleaned twice a day. The bed is super comfy and the room view is so beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. One of my best hotel experiences.
    • Nizuc is an luxury and private resort that you have to go and enjoy your vocation at Cancun , all the staff are very friendly and helpful , always make sure you are being take care off.
    • Fantastic restaurants. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was great to have enough lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, etc.
    • The architecture and attention to detail is amazing!

    Reviews:

    • Resort is all inclusive! Great beach front property. We were upgraded to a ocean view with a jaquzzi on the patio, which was awesome.
Staff works hard for you to enjoy your stay at the property. We didn’t travel with our kids, but it is definitely a kid friendly resort. So if we come back with kids this resort will be at the top of our list!
    • The staff are helpful and nice. The free activities included are nice. We did kayaking and paddle boat. But not many people seem to utilize them. Shows/food are ok as to you get what you pay for. Next time I will pay more to try other hotels. The quality of time spent at an all inclusive hotel is priceless.
    • Staff is excellent. Very accommodating and friendly! The resort is very clean and the ocean front view is incredible.
    • Nice facility. On pictures it looks much bigger then it is in real.
    • The beach where the hotel is located is beautiful (if not small) and the staff go out of their way to cater to guests. They are very friendly, bilingual and make sure everyone is well fed.

    Reviews:

    • We got robed from the safe. Someone just opened the safe in our room and
stole our money. The same thing happened to another couple we meet at
the hotel. As the security people said they opened an investigation.
However we needed to leave the next day. Since then we never heard back
from them. Calling them everyday and there is simply no response. We
never got our money back nor any compensation. Also 3 rooms around us
got robbed as well. The security people said it’s a normal every day
thing for people money to be stolen in this hotel.
So if you wand to your money and other personal belonging to be stolen then you should stay in this hotel.
As a reminder we got robbed by the staff members. They just opened the safe in our room and steal the money.
We never got the money back and no one from the hotel never called us to offer any compensation.
Would never recommend to any one to go to this hotel.
    • The service personal from the front desk to the cleansers and all in between were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great (what could be wrong with Mexico at this time of year.) The entertainment was great – especially Kinky Bar which was a little risqué at times (thank you Mi Amor).
    • Hotel was on the beach where the water was so clear you could see the bottom. Hotel staff was as good as it could be considering there was a slight language barrier.
    • Most of the restaurants were good. The buffet sucked, like most places in Cancun…we had an awesome steak at Careyes, really good food at Maki Taco and Maria Bonita. Mario at Maki Taco was awesome!
The Moonlight grill had pizza which wasn’t that great, but not terrible. Sakura Sunset grill was okay, not amazing (extremely dark in the restaurant, make reservation before sunset so you can take advantage of the view) we did not eat at the Black Hole or Benezuzu or whatever it was called.
Got a couples massage at the spa, really good, and a great price. The coffee shop is really good. The Cigar lounge was awesome.
    • Stunning view from my room, I like the cafe selection they had, the Mexican restaurant was amazing and most of the time they have nice live Mexican music which i really enjoyed , the location was great close to good restaurants and shopping
