    Reviews:

    • Very friendly end extremely helpful owner, quiet place, nice and cozy
    • Lara looked after us and made us welcome. The location looks a bit rough but dont let that put you off, it is safe only a few minutes walk from the start of everything.
    • Very good value for money. The location is great, slightly outside the very centre of town, so a little quieter, but still only 5-10 minutes walk to get to the cathedral, castle and so on. The Picasso museum is also nearby. The place is nice and clean, there’s a handy water cooler in the corridor, and even a television in the room. I visited in spring, before the weather gets really hot, but I noticed there is air conditioning, so it’s probably still cool in summer. Above all the lady who runs it is very friendly and helpful. If you are learning Spanish then you can practise talking with her when you check in; her accent is very clear. But she also speaks great English and French if you need. The surrounding neighbourhood is very interesting, with many painted murals and social and political associations run by local people.
    • Clean room with everything I needed in it. Staff were friendly & helpful.
    • Breakfast in the just openend shop downstairs (belonging to the property) was very good and not expensive.

    Reviews:

    • The location was very good, not far from the centre of Málaga. The staff was friendly and helpful.
    • I stayed in a private room. It was spacious with a small table and chairs too. There was a small bathroom. You have to leave the premises and walk 10 metres to the shower in the main hostel but it is fine.
5/ 10 minute walk to the centre of Malaga.
    • The hostel is completely new or renovated, rooms and courtyard are great as well as the common spaces on the terraces. Basic room with shared – and very clean – bathroom, a bit warm if you stay at the third as is the “attic” floor and isn’t provided with AC. Comfy beds, nice furniture and choose of colours. Recommended for a one/two nights stay
    • The room itself is not bad for the price. The window is the tiniest ever and there is just one electricity socket. But it is fair for the price. It gives just a bit more privacy than a normal hoste room with a lot of beds.
The shared terrace was quite nice. We sat there for a bit because the room was too hot.
There is a small bakery on the corner.
      The bathroom was clean.
It’s not such a long walk to the city center. If you have the choice, pick a hostel in the old center. There are quite a lot good ones that are reasonably priced! But if you don’t mind the walk, it’s not a bad location.
    • Perfect location close to city centre and bus stop as well as bus station
