New Year’s Resolution
Lately I’ve stumbled across a lot of blogs kept by old friends of mine that I’ve added to my reads. The thing about the blogs my friends keep is that they are all really fun and interesting and witty and full of pictures. Whereas our blog is none of these things. It is not even updated anymore. And even though we do not have lovely little babies to plaster pictures of everywhere, I am sure we can follow Nate and JoLee’s example. They have a very cool blog that always makes me wonder how it’s possible to have so much fun in Kansas.
Tomorrow, Eric and I leave for Texas. We are driving and spreading it out over two days each way. We are also bringing the camera. And there will be pictures. Surely I can find something bizarre to take pictures of while driving through Alabama and Mississippi (although my memory is that not much happens). And if that fails, there will be my family in Texas who are supremely talented at taking crazy pictures. Observe:
There will be Wii. There will be a cook-off. There will be a goose eaten. And there will be a dog with reindeer antlers on his head at some point. I am sure you are all on pins and needles. As well you should be.
